Founded Multitudes Intellect in 2015 to primarily provide enablement and empowerment services, in few selected domains of his expertise, to corporates and institutions. Domains addressed have been judiciously expanded in collaboration with select like-minded domain experts who share similar values and work ethics.

An IT-Telecom industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in multi-function-domain global multi-cultural environments, DM has an honest, humanist, liberal, ethical, righteous and systematic approach to life and work.

  • Functional Areas: Business Unit/Market-Product Unit Management: Strategy, Planning, Budgeting, Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Quality, HR and continuous improvement programs, CXO and Board Level engagements.
  • Domains: Telecom BSS/OSS, Managed Ser vices and Outsourcing, Complete IT Apps and Infra Services, BSS/OSS Products/Solutions/Service.
  • Market and Culture Exposure: Experience with Indian and global multicultural environments (specially emerging high growth markets like India, Africa, SAARC, MENA, etc.) with Telecom, IT, DTH companies.
  • Formal and Academic Background: Engineering graduate from Delhi College of Engineering (DCE, now DTU), further stints at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT, New Delhi), INSEAD (Singapore) and IGNOU.
  • Additional Learnings: PG Diploma in Education Management and Administration (PGDEMA), Certificate in Human Rights (CHR) and Diploma in Paralegal Practice (DIPP) from IGNOU, ODA-ICF Life Coach Certified
